I now understand why they recommend not getting into a relationship until you have been sober a year or more

    You will get through it and think how much stronger and confident you will be in yourself getting through pain and hurt ON YOUR OWN. I agree that relationships are best left till after the first year based on watching my own son. Its time to work on you, be good to you, love you....and then after that, you will be open and ready and sending off great vibes to attract a great guy :)
